Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment 

We send shipments via Poczta Polska or couriers.

The shipping cost depends on the destination country.

Polish Post:
- Europe and Israel about 8 Euro
- Asia about 17 Euro
- USA, Canada, Mexico approx. 19 Euro

Courier delivery
- Europe about 17 Euro

We give the tracking number, you can always check the status of your package.

Delivery to the USA

Due to the implementation of US new customs duties on August 29th 2025, the Polish Post Office will temporarily suspend accepting shipments containing goods to the USA starting Monday.

Orders to the USA will not be processed.
